Agreement between Applicant and Style Star USA, Inc.

This Web site (style-stars.com) is offered to you, the applicant, by Style Star USA Inc., 1007 East Las Olas Boulevard Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33301, USA.. conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. Your participation in style stars hair contest™ constitutes your agreement to all terms, conditions, photo releases and notices. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorized to participate as a style artist or as a Style Stars contestant.

The information and services published on Style-Stars.com (this website) may include typographical errors and Style Star USA Inc does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

You agree to not hold Style Star USA, Inc, and its respective Sponsors or affiliates responsible against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or any other costs or expenses of any kind or nature due to your use or participation in this hair contest in any way or form and condition.

Style Stars USA, INC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, contest rules and any other notices under which style-stars.com (this website) is offered without notifications.

As participant for hair contest you agree that you have no relation as employee or any professional relation between you and Style Stars USA, inc or any of judges or staff members in the year in which contest takes place.

All participants must fill/sign and send the photo release form or else your images and model photos will not be published on Style-Stars.com or any of the publications mentioned in the prize list and you will be removed from judges list for voting.

As participant in Style Stars hair contest you agree to pay a non-refundable administration fee.

As a participant you agree that you are a professional, licensed hairstylist or cosmetologist in your country.

By entering Style Star Hair Contest, you waive the right to make any claims against the judges and you understand that the decision of the judges is final.
